Once you know when you are coming and where you are staying, it is best to Book the Hire of your Mobility Equipment before you come,
as we may not have enough equipment at busy times.
We need to have the following information from you when making a Booking with us:-
1 - Name of the person hiring the Mobility Equipment? N.B. This is not always the same as the
person who is using the equipment.
3 - What Mobility Equipment do you require? Whilst many people use a 4-Wheeled Mobility Scooter at home,
some use a 3 Wheeled Mobility Scooter here in North Cyprus due to much easier manoeuvrability in hotel
corridors and shops etc.
4 - Weight of person using the Mobility Equipment? This is necessary because it helps us to
establish the suitability of the Mobility Equipment for you.
5 - Are there any special factors that you feel we should be aware of?
6 - What date are you coming to North Cyprus?
Please note that if you expect to arrive in your
resort after 5.pm then we
would deliver the Mobility Equipment to you the following morning.
